Class Time

Monday – Friday :  4:00am – 12am.    Saturday : 5:00am-8pm.  Sunday: 6:00am – 6pm.


If you aren’t motivated to work out by yourself- join our group fitness classes! They are designed to be fun, exciting and most importantly to meet your fitness goals.


From ABCs (Abs, Bosu or Circuit), Pilates to Powerful Kickboxing, Boot Camp to Body Sculpting, Steps to Spinning, Salsa to Reggae Dancing – You are guaranteed to leave these classes wanting more!!
